Terms of Service

Sphere Sites is operated by Christopher Martinez, an individual based in North Carolina ("we", "us"). When you use this site or buy our services, you are contracting with Christopher Martinez. By continuing to use the site or our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We design and build websites for real estate agents, including an admin portal, hosting, optional add-ons (such as IDX listing feeds and an AI assistant), personalized demos, and hourly work for new pages or features. What's included in each package is described on our pricing section or in your quote.

Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 and, if buying for a business, have authority to bind it.
• Provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential.
• Make sure you have the rights to any photos, text, listings, and logos you give us, and any needed brokerage permission (for example, for IDX).

Acceptable use

You may not use our services or the websites we build to:

• Break any law, including federal and state fair housing and anti-discrimination laws.
• Commit fraud, send spam, or mislead consumers.
• Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Interfere with security — including malware, probing, scraping, or attacking our systems.

Ownership

You own the content you provide. We keep ownership of our software, templates, tools, documentation, and the Sphere Sites brand. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use your website and portal while your hosting is active. You give us a limited license to host and process your content only to provide the service.

Payments

Prices are shown before you pay. One-time fees are charged at purchase; hosting and concierge plans are billed monthly until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and applicable taxes may be added. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time; it stops at the end of the current billing period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Service level

We work hard to keep your site running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. If service ends, you can request an export of your content within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, and disputes will be handled in its courts. We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Questions: christopherdmp@gmail.com.
